CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

We are always ready to help—whether you want to get started, ask a question, or find out what the name Fisdap means!*

Mike Mayne is our newest addition to the customer experience team (and the third Mike to work at our company), joining Fisdap in October 2010.  A North Star State native, Mike stayed close to home to earn his English degree from the University of Minnesota.  When he’s not answering support emails, Mike enjoys talking to anyone who will listen about the Minnesota Timberwolves and Ricky Rubio.

Genghis Philip is a self-described lifelong nerd, having started his love affair with computers before he was a teenager.  Throughout his undergraduate work at Beloit College in Wisconsin, and later through his M.A. program at the University of Birmingham, Genghis found new ways to indulge his nerdy side by studying how people interact with each other through technology. At Fisdap, Genghis spends his time helping our users find answers to their technical issues and making his coworkers roll their eyes at his cheesy humor.

Rachael Rosen joined the Fisdap customer experience team in February 2009. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Rachael moved to Minnesota (brr!) from Washington, DC, where she graduated from The George Washington University. As a former English & Creative Writing major, Rachael is passionate about communications and loves to update the company Facebook page, blog, and send perfectly composed emails to her Fisdap friends. Look for Rachael’s house makeover in four episodes of Rehab Addict on the DIY network.

Louise Briguglio joined Fisdap way back in 2005 after graduating from Grinnell College with a double major in art and English (with a stint in Biology).  Not surprisingly, Louise likes to combine her creative talents with a natural curiosity about the “why” and “how.”  She especially enjoys designing the annual holiday card and working on user experience collaboration with the developers. Louise also loves to share her excitement for EMS research—have you been wondering about the relationship between a student’s team leadership experience and the likelihood that she’ll pass the NREMT exam?  Call Louise who will be happy to talk with you about it (possibly for hours).

TEST DEVELOPMENT

Gabe Romero is the newest Fisdapper. He relocated to the Twin Cities after living in Buckeye country for 3.5 years while working at the NREMT as the examination coordinator.  Gabe grew up in EMS at Denver Paramedics—he worked as a paramedic for the City and County of Denver and was an EMS program director for a local community college.  Gabe received a BA in English Writing from the University of Colorado and his MBA from Regis University, Denver, Colorado.  He also works as a part-time paramedic for Allina EMS. When he’s not busy doing a million other things, Gabe enjoys running, cycling and traveling.

Mike Bowen has worked at Fisdap since December 2009 as an item developer extraordinaire and test bank manager.  Mike received his paramedic certification from Inver Hills Community College, where he now occasionally steps in as a substitute instructor.  He works part-time for Lake City Ambulance Service and volunteers for the American Red Cross-Twin Cities chapter. Mike readily admits that the free Minnesota Wild hockey games are the best part of volunteering. Mike also enjoys an active lifestyle and traveling.

*The grant that initially funded the creation of FISDAP was called the Field Internship Student Data Acquisition Project. But now Fisdap is just our name.
