CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & TEST DEVELOPMENT
Jennifer Berry is a product owner at Fisdap and lives and works in sunny San Diego. Before joining Fisdap, Jennifer worked as an editor at Journal of Emergency Medical Services(JEMS) for seven years. At the 2012 EMS Expo, Jennifer decided to go ahead and get her EMT certification. (Trials and tribulations documented here.) While she has yet to save someone's life, she takes pride in being prepared were the situation to ever arise.

Mike Bowen has worked at Fisdap since December 2009, initially as an exam coordinator and now as the Director of Testing. Mike gets out of bed every morning with the drive to research paramedic student behaviors and investigate what the ideal configuration of a competent matriculating or graduating paramedic student looks like. Mike received his paramedic education from Inver Hills Community College, where he now occasionally steps in as a substitute instructor. Mike also enjoys having an active lifestyle and traveling with his family.

Mike Mayne is the third Mike to work at our company and joined Fisdap back in October 2010. A North Star State native, Mike stayed close to home to earn his English degree from the University of Minnesota. When he’s not leading software development projects, Mike enjoys playing video and board games with his two daughters. You may also find him talking to anyone who will listen about the Minnesota Timberwolves and Ricky Rubio.

Scott McIntyre started at Fisdap in January 2012 as a member of our software development and customer experience teams. Hailing from the cornfields of Nebraska, Scott earned his degree in Computer Science at Grinnell College in Iowa before settling in the Twin Cities. When not helping customers with technical issues or squashing bugs in our software, Scott enjoys reading news about his home state Cornhuskers and listening to Mike Mayne talk about the Timberwolves.
Emily Brown is the newest member of the Fisdap team, joining us as Product Manager. She spent the last five years in the media industry and can't wait to shift gears into healthcare education. Emily practices the Pragmatic Marketing brand of product management and is always looking for more information from the field. Please tell her about your experience with our products! When not obsessing about the backlog, Emily enjoys spending time with her two dogs, fiancé, and friends here in the Capitol City of Saint Paul.

Logan Smestad joined the testing development team at Fisdap in the spring of 2013. A year later, he graduated from Inver Hills Community College with paramedic certificate and was lucky enough to be hired at North Memorial Ambulance Service shortly thereafter. Logan is originally from the small college town of Northfield, MN and graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a B.A. in biology. EMS is one of his many career changes and he is excited for the opportunity to work in both the field and office setting. Any spare time not on the ambulance or at Fisdap is spent pursuing his many outdoor hobbies.

B. Noah Tape joined the Fisdap Customer Experience team in March 2015. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, he received a degree in theater from Grinnell College in Iowa. You can sometimes see him perform with his children’s theater troupe, The Neverland Players. When not making customers' experiences better or being absurd on stage, he likes to do a number of nerdy things, including playing board games, painting miniatures, and building with Legos.

|Kurt VanOordt joined the Fisdap sales team in March 2015 and works as our Sales Lead. While attending college, he began his career as an accountant for a large automotive supplier. Realizing the corporate world of accounting was not for him, he began a new career as an independent sales representative at the age of 26.
