A systematic review and meta-analysis," by Per Kristian Hyldmo, Gunn E Vist, Anders Christian Feyling, Leif Rognås, Vidar Magnusson, Mårten Sandberg, and Eldar Søreide, was published July 2015 in the Scandinavian Journal of Trauma, Resuscitation and Emergency Medicine.
