Figuring out the cost of using Fisdap is easy—the only thing to pay for is the student accounts. There are no set up costs or administrative fees.
Instructors can order accounts for their students, or students can purchase their own accounts online. Pricing is per student, and each student must have his own account.

How can I pay for Fisdap?
Plenty of our customers build the cost of Fisdap into their budgets or student fees. Alternatively, you can ask students to pay for Fisdap just as they would a uniform or textbook. In fact, many schools order Fisdap accounts through their bookstore.
Does it cost money for administrators to use Fisdap?
Nope! You can create as many instructor accounts as you want—all for free. Even preceptors or clinical directors at the hospitals can get free accounts if you’d like them to have a view of your shift calendar.
Are there any set up or maintenance fees?
Nope! We’re happy to chat with you and answer all your questions as we give you an introduction to our software.
There are no annual fees, and we’ll never charge you for a support call.
What’s the difference between the ALS and BLS accounts?
ALS and BLS accounts function the same. Giving the student an account at his correct certification level will make sure that he’s taking the right exams. Also, BLS Scheduler and Skills Tracker accounts are limited to 10 field and 10 clinical shifts while ALS accounts are unlimited.
My students start out as EMTs and then advance to the paramedic program. Which account should I buy?
For students who anticipate graduating the EMT course to go directly into the paramedic program, there are two options.
- Simply purchase two separate accounts. Buy the EMT account first then the paramedic account later, when they’re ready.
- Buy the paramedic account up front which will save the students money in the long run. This is only risky if the student does not, in fact, proceed to the paramedic program.
