Will my program and students still be able to receive technical support when using the Competency Tracker?
Yes, our Technical Support staff are fully trained to help both instructors and students using Competency Tracker.
They should use the term “Competency Tracker” if they have been updated and “Skills Tracker” if they are still using the current product.
Is there a risk for students in the same cohort to be placed in both Skills Tracker and Competency Tracker? If so, what can I do to avoid this and how do I fix it?
As instructor, you will be in control of which students are set to the Competency Tracker.
