An activation code is a series of letters and numbers that identifies your school and indicates which products your students’ accounts should have access to, depending on how your school uses Fisdap.

While many of our evals are used in tandem with shift data entry in the Skills & Patient Care section, some of the Fisdap evals are intended to give general feedback about student performance, preceptor performance, and surveys of the program.

Fisdap has two types of requirements: site requirements and program requirements. If you are out of compliance for a program requirement, you will appear out of compliance for all shifts.
